Barber / Hair Stylist

Job Description:

We are a well-established, family-owned and operated barbershop with over 10 years in business. Our team fosters a friendly and positive environment based on Christian values, where both our staff and customers feel like family. Open 5 days a week, we are dedicated to serving our community and providing the highest quality hair care services.

We are currently looking to hire 3 to 4 professional Barbers or Hair Stylists, preferably with an existing clientele, who are committed to working full-time with one or two days off per week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional barbering and hair styling services such as cutting, styling, shaving, trimming, and coloring.


• Build and maintain relationships with clients.


• Adhere to state licensing/certification laws and rules.


• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace.


• Manage your bookings and scheduling.


• Demonstrate strong marketing skills to attract and retain clients.


• Deliver top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid state license for barbering or hair styling.


• Prior experience as a barber or hairstylist.


• Strong marketing skills with a willingness to promote yourself and the business.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Knowledge of the latest trends, techniques, and hair care products.


• Ability to work full-time with flexibility for weekends and evenings.


• Preferably bringing your own clientele.
