Job Description :
ESP, LLC seeks a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Security Dispatch. The Security Dispatch will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our security services by coordinating and dispatching security personnel to various locations as needed. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. The Security Dispatch will serve as the primary point of contact between security personnel, clients, and management, contributing to our security operations' overall effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Receive and prioritize incoming calls, emails, or radio communications related to security incidents, alarms, or service requests.

Gather pertinent information from callers or electronic systems and accurately record details such as location, nature of the incident, and any additional relevant information.

Assess the urgency and severity of each situation and assign appropriate security personnel to respond accordingly.

Maintain constant communication with security personnel to ensure their location, status, and availability are known at all times.

Monitor security programs, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems, to detect any irregularities or breaches.

Coordinate and dispatch security personnel to respond to emergency situations, incidents, or requests for assistance.

Provide clear and concise instructions to security personnel regarding their assigned tasks or responsibilities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications, incidents, and actions taken, adhering to established protocols and procedures.

Conduct periodic checks to ensure the proper functioning of communication equipment and report any malfunctions or deficiencies for prompt resolution.

Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of dispatch procedures and suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in a dispatch or similar role, preferably in a security or emergency services environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-stress situations.

Proficient computer skills and experience with dispatch software or related systems..

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Availability to nights, weekends, and sometimes holidays.
